SOME TRAVEL TIPS FOR ENTERING CANADA.

There are two routes into Vancouver, British Columbia where you will board your flight to Bella Coola and the Dream Catcher Heliskiing operation.

  1. Arrive to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada by domestic or international flights; or
  2. Arrive to Seattle International Airport (US) by domestic or international, and drive to Vancouver, British Columbia (5 hours travel).

Travelers Arriving from the US

  1. Traveling by Air: As of January 23, 2007 a passport will be required for air travel to or from Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda.
  2. Traveling by Land or Sea: By June 1, 2009 or earlier, a new American law, the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI), will require anyone, including U.S. citizens, entering or re-entering the United States by land and sea to have a passport or other appropriate secure document. International Visitors to Canada

International visitors to Canada must carry a valid passport (except US citizens or permanent residents traveling by ground) and, if required, a visa. Citizens from the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Mexico, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Australia and others do not require a visa to enter Canada.
