TO YOUR SPECIFIC ATTENTION
The company responsible for these bookings and the heliskiing tours is Dream Catcher Heliskiing Ltd (DCH). As this particular wilderness skiing or snowboarding (hereinafter referred to as skiers) holiday can only be available to a few guests, due to the exclusive character of the operation, we ask you to thoroughly read our heliskiing on-line brochure before reserving your space. According to your commitments, costly measures are taken and other interested skiers may be turned away.
GUARANTEED VERTICAL
Your tour price includes guaranteed vertical footage. Note: Dream Catcher Heliskiing calculates vertical footage based on actual skiing or snowboarding. We don't change for "vertical lift" such as flights to and from skiing. Additional vertical is charged at a rate of $93 per 1,000 vertical metres (3,280 vertical feet) to only the skiers that opt to continue to ski.

REFUND POLICY
- No refunds for cancellations once the tour is underway.
- Our heliskiing packages are sold in units, beginning and ending on specific days. NO refund is given, in whole or in part, for unused days or transportation interruptions that result in late arrival, early departure, or for any other reason.
- No refunds are given for down days, for late skiing departures and/or early returns to base.
- If inclement weather prevents flying or mechanical breakdown prevents us from reaching the guaranteed vertical footage specified in your package, we will refund the unskied footage at the rate of $93 per 1,000 vertical metres ($28 per vertical foot) skied.
- No vertical refunds will be given if your group attains minimum vertical feet, but you decide not to ski one day or come back earlier that your group.
- If we have achieved less than 62% of the guaranteed minimum vertical footage due to poor weather that prevents flying or mechanical breakdown, an additional credit towards a future trip applies if the refund owing is left on your account. The credits are as follows:
- 8 day tours = $1000 credit per seat
- 7 day tours = $900 credit per seat
- 6 days tours = $800 credit per seat
- 5 day tours = $700 credit per seat
- 4 day tours = $600 credit per seat
NOTE: This credit has no cash value and only applies to refunds left on account. It can be used towards any trip within the next two years. After two years the credit will expire and is non-refundable.
TRAVEL CONTINGENCIES
The participant is responsible for arriving on time at the DCH departure point and for conforming to the Canadian Customs Regulations. Your travel agent or the Dream Catcher Heliskiing crew will be pleased to assist you in booking your flights, hotels and pre- or post- Heliskiing arrangements.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By registering for a DCH heliskiing tour you acknowledge the risks of adventure sports in mountainous areas in winter conditions. Each participant will be required to sign a RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTIONS OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT before being allowed to ski with us. They are available in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Swedish and Japanese.
TAXES
The Good and Services Tax (GST) of 6% will apply to tour packages and all additional services you purchase from Dream Catcher Heliskiing Ltd. while in Bella Coola, British Columbia (extra skiing, helicopter time, etc).
