GROUP BOOKING POLICY 2008
Dream Catcher Heliskiing offers a 5% commission for group bookings for a group booking of 10-15 persons into our Hotel Tours, and 10 persons into our Boat or Combo Tours. (Our Private Tours already have this discount built into the package price).
The conditions of the group booking policy are as follows:
- The Group Leader or Organizer agrees to ensure that all of the participants receive our online information, booking conditions and price lists, and made are aware of our policies as outlined for booking and tours in progress.
- The Group Leader agrees to collect the deposit from each participant, remitting it to Dream Catcher Heliskiing in one payment.
- Upon the payment of deposit, it is the responsibility of the Group Leader to distribute our Release of Liability Form to each participant.
- The Group leader is responsible for collecting the final payment from each participant, remitting it in one payment to Dream Catcher Heliskiing, and ensuring that all payments meet the required deadline dates.
- Upon final payment, the group leader will provide Dream Catcher with a list of the members of their group along with their contact information.
- Commission will be paid for only those spaces in which final payment is received by the final payment deadline. There will be no commission for deposits where final payment was not received. Any spaces deposited for, but unfilled by the group leader, will be filled by Dream Catcher.
- Commission will be paid to the group leader during the ski week. It is up to the discretion of the group leader to determine what to do with the commission.
- Dream Catcher Heliskiing cannot guarantee that all members of your group will ski together. We reserve the right to form the groups.
