Tour Cancellations/Changes

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR RESERVATION.

CHANGE YOUR TOUR BOOKING
Dream Catcher Heliskiing will do its best to accommodate the skier's request for changes to the booked tour or the length of stay, subject to an administration fee of $125 per seat for Hotel and Combo Tours, or $250 per seat for Boat and Private Tours.

CANCELLATIONS BY SKIERS

  • We require your notice of cancellation in writing.
  • If we receive your cancellation notice more than 6 months prior to trip commencement date, all money on deposit for the person canceling will be refunded less an administration fee ($250 for Hotel and Combo Tours; and $500 per seat for Boat and Private Tours).
  • If we receive your cancellation notice less than 10 weeks prior to the trip date, all money on deposit (including full payments) on account for the person canceling is non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS BY DREAM CATCHER HELISKIING
We reserve the right to cancel any heliskiing package at any time and in which case:

  • we will try to give you as much notice as possible; and,
  • all money on account will be refunded.

REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS
If the skier cancels their tour reservation and is able to find a replacement skier for the seat(s), all money on account will be refunded less an administration fee ($250 per seat for Hotel and Combo Trips; $500 per seat for Boat and Private Tours).

IMPORTANT
There will be no additional payments due to you for the flights or other travel costs, or any other trip interruption costs that you book to travel to/from your Dream Catcher Heliskiing package, and therefore we recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance from Sanderson Travel Insurance or your travel agent.
